A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE PLUS A $50.00 GIFT CERTIFICATE

6 Aug

Hello, Former Students and Clients!

Do you remember those application essays that “nailed it,” the proposal that brought you exactly what you wanted, the perfect wording for your website and advertising copy? How about the “killer” résumé that got you that interview?

Perhaps you’re one of the SAT, GRE, or GMAT test takers whose scores increased by 80-240 points or whose ACT improvement by 6-8 points put you over the top. Maybe you’re one of the graduate students whose committee finally accepted your master’s thesis or doctoral dissertation?

OR, were you a student in one of my classes whose reading comprehension soared, essays earned B+ to A, and whose improved note-taking skills still helps you capture every important word or idea? Remember the quality of support Joyce Singer and WriteRight! provided.

REDEEMING YOUR GIFT. . . . .

Through November 1, for each referral you, or one of your contacts, makes to any student; entrepreneur; corporation, or thesis or dissertation writer who then engages our services, WriteRight! is offering a fifty-dollar ($50.00) gift certificate at your favorite restaurant. OR, we will make a donation (in your name) to your chosen school or charity. Your gift, or thank-you notice accepting your donation, will arrive shortly after your referrals remit payment for a minimum of four contact hours.  (Skype and FaceTime sessions available)

So, while you’re thinking of it, tell your friends and acquaintances to visit www.joycesinger.com for contact information and to learn how we can help them shine on paper, get into that first-choice school, write business-related documents that get results, or perfect their thesis/dissertation.

I look forward to learning about your favorite “hot-spots”!

Spring into Fall — Are you wishing you could call your application essays “a wrap”?

3 Aug

If you’re anything like me, you’re wondering what happened to July— Only six weeks ago, days of fun and relaxation and time without a care in the world promised a long vacation.  But time, she is a-fugiting, so I offer a friendly wake-up call.

What will you answer in a few short weeks when someone asks, “So, what did you do this summer?”  Yup, you went sailing, or rowing, or to the Vineyard, visited your grandparents, and caught up with your cousins. Perhaps you had an internship, worked with kids, beefed up your community service, read a bit, traveled cross-country, “vegged” for a while, and caught up on your sleep.

Wouldn’t you love to say, “My college essays are a wrap”?  or, “I’m putting the finishing touches on my college essays”? or, “I feel so much better about applying to graduate school”?

Wouldn’t you like to believe you’re more accomplished than you thought, or that you DO have exciting ideas, or that you CAN contribute to campus life at your favorite college or university?

School starts in three weeks!  You still have time to work on your applications without the pressure of classes, after-school practice, or the extracurricular groups you promised to support.

Appointments fill quickly, so finalize yours now that you’re thinking about it.  Skype and FaceTime sessions also available.
